📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

      ✔  The item is damaged, defective, or not as described

      ✔  It is unused and in its original packaging

      ✔  You provide photo or video proof of the issue

⚠️ Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size/color ordered by customer, or discounted items.


🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@ootso.com with:

         ✔  Your order number

         ✔  A brief description of the issue

           Photos/videos of the product

     

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if approved.


💸 Refunds

      ✔ Refunds are issued to your original payment method 

      ✔ Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the request

      ✔ Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

      ✔ Gift cards or store credits

      ✔ Free promotional items

      ✔ Perishable or intimate products (e.g. underwear, cosmetics)


🚚 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider

  3. Then email us: support@ootso.com


📍 Return Shipping

      ✨ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong
